I'm with bb_wolfe on this one. The guy is not afraid to openly express other interests and make something completely unrelated to AM - and he's pretty good at it for a beginner.

I play guitar myself btw and making music is my #1 hobby. The next house we settle down in, I'm putting a studio in the basement fo' sho'.
Maybe I should set up my own blog and Youtube channel now too. ;)

@Uber; how about them drums for the next vid?

yeah, he's pretty good.

I wonder if he started playing guitar once he and his girlfriend broke up, maybe trying to keep his mind on other things.

john mayer?!?! the first thing i learnt was marty friedmans solo from symphony of destruction

Oh no, he's pursuing something other than AM. Give the guy a break.

^ What alex said.

He likes to play guitar and made some youtube videos. So what? He's doing what he likes to do. More power to him.

I've been playing guitar since I was in highschool - and I can say after 1 month he's definitely got some skills and is going to be a pretty good musician if he sticks with it.

hahah, i love that half of you make fun of him, and the other half (the half that apparently wants to fuck john mayer) think he's just "expressing himself".

It's all a ploy to sell guitar playing ebooks. You just exosed his landing page!

That's awesome. I don't see why people are giving him shit this is exactly what we are all doing. I doubt any of us fully expect to do AM full time for the rest of our lives. To me its a great way to make a good income and still do whatever I want.

It seems like the perfect fit for someone wanting to get into the music business, we all know musicians don't really make that much cash so having his AM side gig will help him pay the bills while he works on his music.
