by the way, just wanted to say that Mike from COPEAC helped me a lot in trying to get a ringtones site going and hooked me up with a couple of other things too so Mike you the man!!
I must have been to busy and missed that contest...although I never compete in any.
If it was me...meh. I would be busy working and pushing through doing what I've been doing and every so often message him awaiting assistance.
I've tried asking a few people for advice and to be honest the only person I've ever asked directly that gave me any type of reponse back was Mike and it helped me a lot and made some things clear to me.
I'm a patient (I think) person so if I had that chance that you were given I would just keep working in hopes one day I would get the extra advice to help put me at that level. Then again by the time Jon gets around to it you could have already made it there by yourself.

Eh, my usual response... I wouldn't have posted all this information, including the AIM conversation, until you clarified that you were UPSET and then got a response about it.
It sounds like yeah, he was stringing you along for one reason or another. Whether it was in good faith or bad faith, I don't know. But either way, you didn't really show any "opposition" before posting this. I would have made your opposition, frustration and problems VERY CLEAR to jon himself - giving him a chance to respond to an obvious "crisis" before making the crisis public.
But... that's just me.

Wouldn't it have been better to send this to him in an email instead of calling him a douche in public. It's no secret that Jon sometimes bites off more then he can chew but that doesn't make him a douche or a terd sandwich, we all do that. It might have been a little more professional to write this in an email and keep it private.

You guys are waaaay too serious. This is Wickedfire. The giant douche/terd sandwich thing is making fun of south park.
The reason I did this is becasue Jon has ADD and forgets about me. I'm pretty sure he has good intentions but he needs stronger adderal so i gave him some. I've talked to someone who is well liked and knows him well who said he plans on giving me what i won fully. Acually expecting a call soon(well im not expecting it that much haha)

Let's add this up FREE trip to Vegas, FREE hotel stay FREE pass to a conference that some people payed over a grand to go to. A delay in receiving one-on-one consulting and unwarranted preference in helping build you a multi million dollar income.
I would have waited.
Not only that but given the problems around the board and the fact that I have no idea on what the hell is going on in Jon's personal life, I would have waited.
Add to that just by reading your post Jon gave you good tips that you could use to get something going so when it did happen you would have something.
I think the forum is an opportinuty for success, I can't speak for Jon but I do know that Jon has endorsed a few threads that you could use as a building block.
I don't know what you emailed but I'm thinking if you just emailed a list of stuff without any action behind it that doesn't do anything.
Let Jon be and simply wait, but more than liklely somebody will PM you and offer to help or bash Jon because that's what people do. In the mean time use the advice he gave you in the email and move from there. I know I am.
