I have another service in addition to the one that might offer 75 per sale. What would be a good amount of % to give to affiliates for a service that charges $7.95 per page? Normal orders are 5 to 10 pages.

All depends on the conversion rate - if somebody sends a couple thousand clicks and doesn't see a conversion, I'd say $75 stinks.

Big producers are not going to be tricked by big commission rates, but rather what they'll make on average for each click they send.
