iPhone or Blackberry Storm

iPhone all the way. I've had every iPhone version since the original and I will never use another cell phone. I laugh at other phones. They're weak. When I think of "cell phone," I think of iPhone.

Before the iPhone I had a Blackberry Curve and hated it.
 


just picked up the iphone 3gs and its a fucking ripper. Everything just works out of the box
and these days every business or service is creating an application for the iphone.
 
I got a Storm, it was shit, I actually threw it in the bin.

iPhone is very good, and being UK it's on O2, who don't suck.

Two extremely hot Android Phones coming out this holiday season (shameless plug at the same time, but fully agree with the opinion 100%):

I don't understand why Android is never in the conversation when people are deciding between two phones. Does the general public just not understand Android exists?

trig, I know nothing about Android phones other than stuff you've said. Link me to the android phones for dummies in your site plz.

Everyone else, I have an Iphone and I have to say that when it comes to using the phone for internet stuff, I've been pretty disappointed. It's soooo freakin slow. Unfortunately I bought the my iphone about 1 month before they announced the 3G so I've been contemplating upgrading. Is there a significant difference? (would like to hear from people who had both)

Not got the original, but with the 3G you are sometimes stuck on GPRS and Edge.The step up from GPRS to Edge is seemingly large, the subsequent step up to 3G isn't quite so big but it is definitely noticeable, especially on intensive use such as Maps.

Probably worth the upgrade. Internet use is where the iPhone really comes into it's own imo.

YES.. there is a huge difference in the internet speed if you are stuck using an edge save yourself the trouble and get the 3G if not the 3GS..

i used to pretty much always have access to wifi when i needed it so i didnt care to much but driving while trying to use GPS or pandora on an edge phone just blows.. you wont be disappointed with the 3G..

hell even after using my 3G for a long time id like to have the 3GS, because the faster processor is pretty noticeable.
 
Ive had an Iphone 3g since May and it works awesome. its not the phone thats slow its ATT network that sucks. but the Iphone is awesome so I deal with it. my .02c
 
Right for a start. All of these types of phones are very poor with battery, will last 9-11 hours of light use. But for the professional side that the storm brings and the tech/cool side that the iphone brings I recommend the T-Mobile G1, It runs just like the iphone but is more professional, has a keyboard, touchscreen, marketplace, email clients, organizer etc..
 
Any thoughts on iPod Touch vs. Zune HD? Thinking of going with the Zune just because I have had shitty experiences with apple products breaking in the past.
