Guys im looking out to make a purchase within the next few months. Cant decide on either the Storm of the iPhone. Any pointers I should keep in mind before I make my decision?

I have the storm, it's a great phone apart from the fact that it's SLOW, even with the new firmware update. Battery life is also a bit poor. I don't know how the iphone compares, but I think it's a better option.
So far i see that the iphone looks like a good option. I was not aware that the storm has a slow interface.
Id still say blackberry. has a little teething issues, but its a statement and what a statement it makes indeed.
I've used the bold (or was it the curve?), and it was a lot more responsive than the storm, so if you're going to get a BB, get the best non touchscreen one.
I heard really shitty things about the Storm so I'd go with the iPhone. My whole life is in that thing.

Blackberry any day over touchscreen. Since you're saying "in the next few months", you might as well wait for the Onyx (Bold 9700) to come out (sometime before Christmas they say).

I have the Storm, not a bad phone but not very reliable. I am already on my third one within a few months. The touch screen is slow at times as well. I would rather have the iPhone but I like the fact that I get my email pushed to me in real time on the Storm.
