iPhone CPA offer location restrictions

I got an iPhone related website that gets ~800-1000 hits a day from a FB fan page. I was thinking of promoting a CPA email sub offer as just a text link on the site to monetize the free traffic. I'm new at CPA offers.

I've noticed a lot of the offers say US traffic only, am I going to get dropped or something if I just send a bunch of random traffic to their landing page, or will they just not count the US signups? 90% of my traffic is US anyway. Since this is free traffic I have no idea how I'd control where it's coming from.

Also, is offervault a good place to find offers? If not is there a better place?

Wouldn't that be like having affiliates generate leads or something for my site? I don't really wanna do that because I don't have a product, I just want to monetize my traffic.
