Introduction

I'm joe; 30, I'm in computer science; i wrote my first program in 1986. It was:

10 PRINT"GOTCHA"
20 GOTO 10

I started with the internet about 10 years ago when all the "gurus" were peddling FFA sites, nobody paid much attention to getting indexed in google because it was pretty much automatic, ( yahoo and dmoz directories were the hot spots), and everybody used javascript in the most annoying ways. People also thought it was cool to put about 200 animated gifs on a page.

I have found a lot of good stuff on these boards and I hope that I can use it to develop and share new ideas here.

Hi everyone, I'm Tom, 25, from France. I have launched my small business a couple of month ago, doing some affiliate marketing. I have read a lot of good stuff previously here without registering. Now I want to learn more and a I'm in !

Ok guys;
I'm Randy, 40 from Southern California.. I've got a pretty successful website and a blog that a few people read.. I've been a member at "those other" webmaster forums and I decided I should start lurking here as well..
I've only been doing this webmaster thing for about 2 years, so I've got a lot to learn.. i guess that's why i'm here..

Greetings,

My name is Yi and I stumbled upon this site from SEOBlackhat.com while reading some of his articles. The reason I found interest in Wickedfire was due to the majority of people in my desired profession as all my previous profited ventures online were related in the gaming sector from news to commerce. Hopefully I'll be able to network with a few passionate people in the industry or locally (Brooklyn, NY) and eventually have a intellectual discussion without the use of fuck, homo, motherfucker, faggot, and etc....

Until then, I wish everyone a profitable holiday and remember to keep family first.

Hey peeps!! I've been lurking in the shadows for the past few days, and decided it was about time to step forward into the light. I'm self employed, and have dabbled in and out of various forms of entrepreneurship in the past. After my travelling days and 'cloak-and-dagger' days dwindled somewhat, I began heavily focussing on the internet as a business tool. Primarily for the business model's mobility and easy marriage with travel. I've done a bit of Ebay, and done a bit of website development and site flipping, and done a bit of 'stockless retail' (sorry, I still can't bring myself to use the term dropshipping). I don't wan't to be a millionaire from the internet, but I do have a goal of earning a comfortable life from it. Of course, if I were to ever trip over a chest of gold then the four winds of fate would receive a most curteous nod of appreciation from me.

It has to be said, that this has got to be one of the most 'open' marketing forums I have ever experienced. Believe me - it takes a lot for me to venture out of the shadows. Additionally, it has a most-desirable 'real-time' flavour to it in the way that information and advice flows - unlike certain other unmentionable forums or communities which seem to be run by an elitist heirarchy, where information is practically spent by the time it gets from the tip of the pyramid to the base..... that's probably a slight exaggeration, but you follow my thoughts.
I'm currently looking with much more seriousness into affiliate marketing and online publishing, and exploiting the 'value' of information - together with trying to find the time to get a decent server-side scripting language under my belt, such as PHP.

Oh yeah... I'm 31, from the UK, have been using computers since the Speccy days, and I smoke too much....

10 PRINT"GOTCHA"
20 GOTO 10
You fucking plagiarist, that's my code!!! ;)

Hello, 1timedeal was my nicknames that I use, when I planned on registering on some fucking forums that requires registration to use the search button, however I grew fond of the ease of my nick, and have been using it ever since! Wanna Google me? Naw don't waste your time I'm just fucking with ya.

Kalina above me is HOT!

I'm going on 30 next year, has 2 (ecommerce) websites under our umbrella company, and hoping to reach IPO with these 2 in as short a time as possible!

Go WickedFire - I originally thought that WF was another FlameVault, now that I surfed around a bit more....I was right!!

Hey all. Guess ill throw my two cents in as well.

My name is Andy and I am 25. Single, no kids, no pets, no furniture - all I need is a couch and a crate. I live in NYC in something that could pass for a closet if not for the extraordinary number of windows.
I've been in the industry for the past 4 years, usually as a full time employee of one company or another. I do product and biz dev, mostly with search and lead gen companies. Tend to deviate towards companies that allow some freedom with implementation ideas.:D - nowadays its all about creativity it seems.
Joined this forum for purposes of inspiration as I would like to retire somewhere warm by the time i hit 30. With a supermodel. In a string bikini.

Cheers

Hello everyone, my name is Jason. I'm 24 and currently living in Texas. Although I’ve been a frequent internet user over the last 10 years, I have just recently started to learn about making money online and creating websites. I started my first website 4 months ago, and I'm getting ready to start my new blog this week. I feel like I've learned a ton in these last few months, but I know I have a long way to go. Eventually, I’d like to learn html so I don’t have to hire designers to do everything for me. Looking forward to becoming involved in this community!
