Hi, my name is Filip. Frankly, I only came to this forum to promote my content service provider. The problem is that I've spent the last hour or so, just lurking through different forum post, being intrigued by the very odd feeling of the forum.

I think I'll be staying here for quite some time, far beyond just promoting my services (my thread, by the way, was never approved).
It's very different from the normal and - frankly - degenerate webmaster-forums I usually surf. It's a far cry from DigitalPoint, TalkFreelance and similar forums.
 
I'm Emmaleigh, and I'm from Southern California. I'm really new to the idea of making money online, so I'm just trying to learn the ropes.
 
I'm Patrick from Switzerland and 28 years old. I studied marketing at undergrad, then got into hotel real estate (investment banking, funds, etc.) and just wrapped up my MSc in Real Estate in London. During my time off, I play a lot of online poker and have been successful at it for 2 years now. I am a total beginner web design and SOE, but I know my stuff when it comes to marketing.

I'm basically looking at this as a way to bring myself to learn HTML/PHP/MySQL while getting paid for teaching myself. This forum seems super helpful, thanks to all you guys :)

My name is Andrew, I'm recent BSc graduate that in a somewhat fortuitous turn of events got waitlisted into a potential graduate program. In the interim period I'm pursuing affiliate marketing with everything I got as the rewards are far sweeter and the work is more interesting.

Time to buckle down and start making some money!
