Hi,

My name is Jeff, i live and work in the UK (Kent). I had a major change of career a couple of years ago and found myself (Someone who had until then had very limited experience of computers and the Internet) learning SEO.

Hopefully i now have a basic understanding and am looking to learn a little about affiliate marketing.

I am Stella Johnson, the affiliate manager for TopBrandVitamins.
I have a lot of experience in PPC, Social Media and even had hands on Affiliate marketing for a while.
I have joined this forum to learn more about affiliate marketing and learn how to better manage my program.

Hi all,

This is my first post. I've just read (really) the rules and regulations for this forum and expect to get banned before I've finished typing this !

I call myself NonTechie because the technical stuff in this business is what I am least good at. I've just bought a Kodak Zi8 video camera - no I don't sell them - (moderators please note) and for £140 - about $200 it is truly amazing. It has an external mike jack. Even I can produce good quality videos and upload them directly to YouTube Facebook etc using the software supplied. If I can use it then ...

I've been into affiliate marketing, SEO, PPC, etc for a couple years now. I've done the research and I have a good understanding of how everything works but in order to not become a victim of the Dunning-Kruger effect, I am exposing myself to the jaded elitists of my interests so I can one day smirk, facepalm and laugh mockingly at those who know less than me.

Actually, I like to consider myself a helpful person and whatever I know, I love to share with others.

Wickedfire stood out since... well... I am a little less than professional, but the best way to progress in knowledge is to be around those with experience. So if that's the case, I'd rather not be bored to tears while doing so.

I look forward to meeting you all. I also look forward to laughing intensely, sighly heavily, rolling my eyes and learning stuff... I guess.

After reading for what felt like an eternity, I decided to take the plunge and sign up. My goal, like everyone else's, is to make my sole income from the internet. I still have a lot more learning to do, but I'm well on my way.

I am new to AM and I am also ridiculously overwhelmed atm.

Anyway, I'm turning 21 in a few days, I'm from the US, central Pa. Jobless atm, so I can devote ALL of my time to learning the biz!!
