Introduction

Meh, I figure ive been hanging around long enough to formally introduce myself...

My name is Ben, I am 19 years old, I live about an hour north of San Francisco. My hobbies include wheeling, guns and computers...I used to do alot of 3D modelling and coding for games, mostly Battlefield 1942 and BF:V for alot of mods including most notably Point of Existence, Wasteland 2042 and many others.

I mainly do web design and PHP/MySQL work and am trying to get into AM, currently I earn like $2 a day via adsense and suck horribly at PPC...

Well bugger me side ways. Here was me thinking the SEO & marketing industry had gone very stale and was full of dick heads, most of which seem to be flooding Digital Point lately.

Just as I was about to jack it all in and become a male prosititude I found Jon's blog (cool shit man) and fuck me wasn't that a breath of fresh air? I just love the way Jon is straight to the point without the hocus pocus SEO bull shit. The same goes for this forum, no fluff and straight to the point unlike other forums that have turned complete shit!

Anyhow, hopefully you'll see a lot more of me and don't worry unlike some other members I wont be asking stupid questions or whoring my business like some of the noobs on here. Just because I have 1 post doesn't make me a n00b in the industry. :)

Hey everyone.. I'm Michael.. 27 years old.. married.. no kids.. working on it.. I'm new to this whole business and am just trying my best to learn.. I'm really trying to find the best place to start.. I've worked in network marketing off and on for a few years.. most of my experience is in club promotions though.. I'm hoping to make some friends here.. and some contacts.. and hopefully some money too.. :)

Dale here... from Hawaii. Web developer by day, not much else by night. The web and sport bikes are my passions in life. I've dabbled a bit in affiliate marketing, arbitrage and e-commerce and have had a few successes here and there, but I'm always looking for new things to learn.

Hey All -

I'm 35 - 3 kids - Fighter pilot by trade - flying a desk right now, been involved "online" since trading cracked C-64 games over BBS. Side business in Real Estate (generating leads and wholesaling).

Gotten involved heavily online last Jan and happned to be at SP/DP when the check was published. Found my way back after looking up some stuff after I bought DJK - just started laughing at myself after finding WF - so decided I would come here to pitch my ebook.

Look forward to learning from all.

New

Morning. Just taking a sec to say hi! I stumbled upon this site and must say I am really impressed.

Me in a sentence: 37, married with 3 kids and live in Massachusetts. I am heavy into hot rods and muscle cars as well as graphic design.

I am not a newbie in marketing, and have dabbled with affiliate marketing for the past 6 months. I am ready to take it to the next level.

I am a very blunt and most often sarcastic person, so my humor tends to show through in most posts.

Hope to contribute and learn here at WickedFire.

My name is Chris. I'm 27, from central FL (space coast area), I'm married, work an office job as a system/network admin, and I'm looking to soak up lots of information and (eventually) be a worthwhile contributor to this forum.

Hi. My name is Gary and I live near Bournemouth, UK. I,m retired and trying to earn a $ or two online. Hope to pick up some tips from all you youngsters.

I'm from North Carolina, USA. I'm 47 years old and am really excited about the opportunities on the internet. I'm always looking for additional streams of income, of course.

I'm Jeremy -

Was out at adtech in SanFrancisco last week, and while I was researching a never ending sea of "affilate networks", I found this forum.

I'm 27. I've been marketing online on my own for a little over a year now, and I've picked up quite a bit.

In fact, just in the last 6 months I've been sued twice for the weirdest shit you could imagine. Life lessons in abundance.

I've found that I'm strongest with creating offers through email. My typical email ad will bring me (give or take) 33% Open Rate with clicks as high as 180%.

I noticed there's an area for email marketing... I'll try to share what isn't already posted there.

I'm not a 'super affiliate' as defined in Jon's blog, but I do have a low 6 figure income and I've figured out a lot of shit with no help from anyone.

My main purpose for actually joining this group is to meet likeminded and serious marketers who know how to have a great time, work hard, and enjoy life.

I'll see you in the 'real' posts...

Jeremy

Im 23 from West Coast Canada. Lived in costa rica and a few month's stint in panama. I speak fluent spanish, I picked it up when I was in Costa Rica like 5 years ago. Im back in Canada now. I own a web/graphic design company, and have affiliate web sites as well. I like my women and I like to travel.

I suck at programming, too.

I'm kind of a big deal.

New to Forum, Old to You

It surprises me (in a good way) to see how young most of us actually are :)

Well, I'm old enough to be your mother. So I hope you like old people!:D
Actually, I don't consider myself old, but I'm sure you would. I have 2 awesome daughters, ages 11 and 14 who are smart and athletic. I love watching them play their games - select softball, soccer - indoor & out, basketball, and volleyball.

I love animals, reading, writing, gardening when it's my choice, and the internet. I'm new to the forum and look forward to meeting lots of you.

Hello! New to the board; however not the industry. I've been working with websites since 1998. Currently focusing on 3 niches home repair, dating and travel with less then 10 sites. Also, work as an affiliate manager at an adult dating program that has proven to be very fun work!
