what do you use for IM? was looking for some firefox extension but didn't really find anything worthy.

trillian. I use AIM,MSN,Yahoo in the one client. I keep the buddy list minimized for less distrations.

Trillian +1. Great software, even the free version. My favorite feature is the history, because so often a client or a partner will tell me something on IM and I'll close the window or something (plus it helps me win arguments with women).

I use Trillian. It's decent but sometimes there's issues with the contact list loading correctly. That's (luckily) a fairly rare situation though.
