indexing links - blog comments no workie

so I have bunch of web2.0 type sites i need indexed, I hit with a few thousand blog comments and after 2 months only about 10% of the web 2.0 links have been indexed.

Anyone recommend a one time free product, trying to stay away from monthly recurring charges, but at the end of the day I will do whatever gets my links to be indexed.

Although belikethat is a cool guy, I think that thread is misleading and confusing the issue.

How do you know that 90% are NOT indexed?

How did you check that? How did you verify the results?
