I decided to try FB today. I picked a mobile quiz offer with Neverblue. I was able to get two of my ads over .1 on cpm, and I am paying about .12 per click. The rest og the ads were terrible, and I couldnt improve them, so I paused them.

The mobile quiz I am promoting pays out $10.00 As of now, I have 110 clicks on my offer and no conversions. I have only spent $17 on this campaign so far. Am I on the right track or should I stop what I am doing and pick a different type offer?

Thanks. I will be glad when I get out of newbie phase with this.

My EPC on quiz offers on facebook was always around 10 cents, 12 cents a click is decent on facebook though, you must have a pretty solid CTR. You will profit on facebook in a lot of niches with 12 cent clicks, just not quizzes imo

U got that shit approved?

My advise for FB. Always try about 50 images and about 10 ad copies and find the winner.

Mobile offers convert like shit, so u need to find the awesome cpc.

I am only saying this because I am drunk. But unless its international you're probably wasting your time.

With 12c clicks, if u can scale u may be able to make it work.

^^^ As this is my first attempt with a campaign, I have no idea how to scale it. Out of all my ads, they all sucked but 2. They are getting .138% cpm and I am now paying .10 per click. I have had 130 clicks to my mobile offer, with 2 sales. I have a profit of .60 cents.

If I knew how to scale, I might try it.

Keep it up, make tons more creatives like Dispel said above.

be happy your first campaign was profitable. Mine was too, also facebook, it was that MAC email submit and I made like 20% ROI on it unfortunately that was like $2 and the offer got pulled the very next day. lol.

Anyone know how to get a Neverblue AM? I have one who says he is a temp and will not help me. I read somewhere that you can ask AM's stuff, but this is the 1st time I tried.

Thanks

I paused the campiagn. I had some good ads, but my epc was only .11. My bids were.09

I have submitted about 30 ads for dating. I dont know how to target demos or keywords. So, I just picked a popular movie that girls like and selected single women, the ncreated ads catering to the movie.

That might be stupid, but I am trying to be creative. The ads havent been reviewed yet.

dude take this with a motherfucking shitload of salt as I have very minimal experience in fb. But have you tried CPM?

From what i've seen, the goal seems to be get a good/great ctr which you have a great one at .14 and then switch to cpm because its cheaper. Also, you don't need to bid their suggested cpm price it can be quite lower.

Again take this with a motherfucking oprah/queen latifah grain of salt?

I was bidding CPM. I started out with .30 cent clicks, then got all the way down to .09 cent clicks by getting my ads to .135 ctr. I made two conversions. So, I made $20, and spent $23. The mobile offer converted at 1.18%

I did good with it. My focus was the CTR, and I really created some strong targeted ads. The offer just didnt convert.

I also did some experiments with FB ads. I always aim for the CPM and I got low CPC at the end. I tried to sell some ebooks from clickbank. Some worked, the other did not. Converting to sales are not easy. It depends completely on the sales page or something similar. If you think the sales page is terrible, perhaps making your own sales page is worth to try.

So, I paused my initial campaign at $24 of adspend, but I made my first CPA conversion EVER.

I checked my stats and I made $30 in commission or whatever. So I made $6. That is also my first profit.

I feel like a DP noob only making $6, so I need to learn how to get moving up. My AM said my EPC was .12, and that I should pause the campaign.

try to find balance between CTR and size of your demographic. the larger your demo, in general, the longer life your ads will have, and the more traffic you can get each day...but if you go to to wide, ctr will prob drop to much and clicks will be to expensive.
