I have to admit that I don't know jack about what goes on in white trailer parks so I don't know their drug usage or violence rates..I was just speaking on the Black hoods. During prohibition the crime rates soared just as the crime rates began to soar after the late 1960s when "coincidentally" the southern borders became a revolving door for whoever or whatever wanted to get in. I remember during the early 80s people being so high on PCP they would run down the street butt nekkid because they were hallucinating. Flooding neighborhoods with substances that can alter the mind in that way and is so addictive that they would do anything to get that next fix is a recipe for disaster and what you see now is the end result.
I prefer jazz, doowop, r&b, swing and earlier Black musical genres. Those artists weren't violent by far. Gangsta rap was created by people who were actually involved in the drug culture that begin sweeping Black neighborhoods in the late 60s. It's all connected. You can't compare a Duke Ellington to a Snoop Dog.
Can you please explain to me why everywhere you find high concentrations of blacks, regardless of country or city, you find crime, poverty, and disease?

Here's my POV on the whole "race" issue in this story.
Putting aside sociological issues that pre-dispose someone to disliking someone based on their race, it's in our biology to dislike it when someone takes away resources from us-especially if they are from a different race.
Now, for White Americans I don't think generally we care when an Asian/Hispanic guy dates a girl we find attractive because we subconsciously believe we are superior physically to males of those races. And we probably don't care when a black guy hooks up with a 300 lb porker, we didn't want her anyway.
But if you see a black guy with a girl you find attractive, it's natural to feel aggression because many white male/female are indoctrinated into believing black men are more dangerous/alpha/high testosterone levels than white men, so they are more of threat to us. No professionally more of threat, or can bring more resources to a female, but I think some white men believe that black guys have bigger dicks, and are physically more dominating than white guys so they see that is something they are lacking and naturally feel aggression towards the idea of black and white pairings.
This is something that black men can't empathize with because on a whole, white men dont find black women attractive.
Aside from that, everyone/most people are little bit prejudice, hell if your a christian/jew/muslim, you can even read into the Tower of Babal account from Genesis, that essentially all known people groups were one large "race" and one common language, they attempted to build a tower to heaven and God split them up, caused them to not to understand each other, so again if your religious and believe the Bible/Torah, then you can see it was God's design to split the world into different races/people groups/languages (not from the beginning/before sin came into the world) so, a normal bit of prejudice/racism, is natural you could say....
