I've paid him, I genuinely did have problems with my account. I've been speaking to him over PM. No need to keep digging this thread out.

My PayPal was limited before - they sent me an email saying they suspected me of this and that and decided to stop doing business with me, when I was merely paying for content writers. So, I couldn't pay Edward. I then went to the bank and signed up for a new debit card, deposited slightly more than $5 into the account and paid Edward just recently as a PayPal guest.

Anyway, it's done. Sorry for the inconvenience.
 
anyway, we had a nice communication, althought op had late payment to me, I believe he is a honest guy to deal with, thanks again, wish you success on business and website!
