I learned from BlueChinaGroup who use to point it out on each thread of mine ( thanks BCG, it helped me learn ), it was a big help in me learning my lesson about it.

I learned from my trials in PPC that a misspelling is one of the most noticeable focus points in PPC ads, as well as in titles. Thanks for proving that point today.
