Please someone let me know how can I learn html and css properly without cost. Because I know some place like lynda.com, video2brain but they charge a huge rate for this service. That's why I need free but standard service.

Totally agree with you. Even if the subforum isn’t very active, bending the rules just lowers the quality for everyone. There are dedicated sections for hiring — this space should stay focused on actual questions and knowledge sharing. Appreciate you pointing it out.
