If you had $100 to spend on your 1st campaign, what would you do?

I would buy lots of red bull and ice coffee's with it, because there would be some serious fucking all-nighters if I had to start over tomorrow... mostly doing what other people have already mentioned in this thread.

Just try a dating offer. Funny thing is i started in this game with $0 and made my first hundred with free advertising by posting comments. We all start from somewhere fam.

With $100, you can buy advertising space on small/moderate websites that receives at least 100k unique visits a month. Small Media buys can generate a decent amount of exposure to your ad/offer, and the traffic's usually super targeted.

I contacted the owner of a website that gets 5-8k uniques a day and got above-the-fold ad space for only $80. From just this, I've already been able to build a list of leads. It's been somewhat slow, but constantly split testing ad copy/images is improving things overall.

Hope that gives you some ideas...

I myself come from a country where $100 is very high but in terms of foreign countries it is very cheap.$100 for campaign? what sort of campaign are you talking? If you are planning to invest in ppc then it requires minimum $20 per day and for blogging $100 is enough to start if you can write content and do seo yourself.

Lots of on-page SEO, manual niche related comments, manual directory submissions, build FB - Twitter, manual unique 2.0 submissions, contact other sites for guest posting. Focus on page articles toward lontails. Buy bookmarks, blast them with comments to index. Repeat 5 times and you should still have 50 bucks left with some traffic flowing in. 2-3 months TAT if lazy about it.

take the time to pick a good niche that you can actually profit from. Then make sure you compile some competitive intelligence on your competitors...see what they are doing and how they are doing and how much they are likely spending. Just studying their operations will likely give you a huge boost of knowledge. Your probably not going to crack it first time with $100...its just not enough BUT it will be a valuable education in loss.

You'll lose that $100 without getting any data most likely or even breaking even. You're better off using that $100 to start some kind of service where you can actually get money coming in to feed real campaigns down the line. I wouldn't even blow your $100 TBH but it can still be done I guess.
