Alright, so I'm sure each one of you can think of at least 1 person that has contributed to your successes online. One person that comes to mind immediately is Lori Luna.
Lori Luna used to be the Operations Management Director for Ad:Tech up until this past July. Back when I first started to realize that I could monetize my site, I was reading basically anything and everything about internet marketing and I came across the ad:tech conference. I couldn't pay for the $1400 full conference fee so I emailed her out of the blue, explained my situation (that I was a high school student looking to get into internet marketing) and long story short, she has given me a full conference pass for free for every ad:tech conference I attended the past 3 years (Chicago and NY each year). Without her, I would not have nearly as many contacts in the industry that I do today.
What I'm getting at here is what if each one of us here tried to help one person that couldn't help us in return. The effect on that persons internet marketing career could be minuscule or it could huge.
I know we pick on the n00bs here a lot, and most of the time, rightfully so but next time you see someone that is new here and shows potential, do what you can to help them.
I personally can't offer much, but I can offer a text link on my website Course-Notes.Org - Home (PR 5 homepage/128,000 indexed pages on Google). So if you think that you a lot of potential, you just need a little helping hand along the way, let me know and I'll see what I can do to help out.
