You will get clicks but in twitter nothing is guaranteed that how many you will get even if you have 100K followers.

OP posted my link and message to Twitter within minutes of PMing him.

So far, it's been about an hour and haven't received any traffic from it yet. I did notice that my link was retweeted, so hopefully when I wake up tomorrow I will receive some traffic.

Also, it's 66k followers. ;)
