Hey guys,

Just got home and checked my stats. my shit was positive all day (has been for over a week), then i come home and spent over 100 with 1 convertion (4.50). i looked at my visitors w. prosper 202....and have about 30 clicks all from the same IP, the same ad, in a span of 2 minutes....my margins are not huge...so it killed my day...

wtf is this shit and what do i do? plus im drunk to im even madder...any help...? i know it snot really that much....but whats min is mine...also 202 said non of the clicks were 'real'

i just run everything as cpm, those fuckers can click my ads as many time as they want

I don't have any explanation for that. I have tested this across thousands of ads & CPC has always given me loads & loads of clicks even at a low CTR but if I'm bidding CPM I don't get high volume unless I bid high & if I bid high I'm fucked with campaigns that have low CTR.

30 clicks from the same ip is messed up, do they show up as real clicks in prosper? I've been wondering if someone repeatedly clicking my ads would show if I have "Show real clicks" selected...

yah it sucked, but w/e, 202 did not show them as real clicks.
 
super cheap clicks with CPM if your ads kick ass though... 6 cent clicks for US males over 30?

i switched to all CPM when all the click fraud was happening but never formally tested one way over another, but the clicks can be so cheap i never switched back.

i kill the low CTR ads almost immediately

I'd love to hear more insight on the topic of CPC vs. CPM on FB

cpm is the way to go. why should this even be questioned?

Kevin Hoeffer is speaking the truth here. Thank god someone else has tested and gotten the same results I have.

The only thing CPM is good for is when I find I have an ad with good CTR I'll switch it over to CPM, but it doesn't get nearly the volume my CPC ad does.

only questioning it because of FatalError's claims above. Kevin Hoeffer showed me how to make money posting links on google, and maybe he can help us make more money posting links on facebook.
