I think CPA Empire is the best network in the business hands down.
CPA Empire has payed out of their pockets as well. They also offer a weekly wire, when most networks won't.
I've worked with all the big guys, and the service at CPA Empire is unbeatable. Everyone's experience will vary, of course. But, I think CPA Empire is the best choice.
