You can create a forum like DP easily, very easily. But I don't think you can create one like WF especially in another Language, there it will be very difficult to filter off the retards who will shit hear and there. Another problem is to find a unique community like this, WF is rude at the fellows who only dream to make money with no efforts and helpful to the people who really put efforts and move ahead. That is why we have very very less number of idiots compared to other forums and remain in a very very high quality.
