not my thread but I think typical "legal holes" would refer to the area in the your body in which the FTC's penis can be inserted, with or without consent.

Or, maybe it refers to any problems the site may have legally, whether it be FTC compliance, compliance with GLB act, FCRA, state advertising law, etc. Typically the first question I dive into when handling these cases is: "Do you collect data? What do you do with the data? To what extent do you share information?" again, its different for most sites but thats a starting point for "legal holes". Basically, are you holding up your end of the bargain when you say what your TOS or Privacy Policy says you do...in addition to federal/state laws.
