I need a good merchant account

Can anybody recommend a good merchant account. I need to do ACH and credit cards. I'm looking for low rates (duh), the ability to batch and an API. I'm doing 200-500 sales/day. The most important thing is that they are lenient with charge-backs (within reason). I'm currently looking into National Processing. Any suggestions?

I am looking for the same thing as well. Most of the merchant account get shutdown after 5% charge back

Edit: I ended up with Gravity Payments out of Seattle.
