I have a dream of starting my own network

Thanks Steve,

I am a 'noob' at running a network.
I plan to invest 150k of money I have earned through other CPA networks (unfortunately not yours)

What did I say that made me sound like a noob? I tried to word my post differently from other posts I have seen on other forums...they seem to get shot down in the first post.

I could have come here and said "I wanna make a million bucks by owning a network...tell me how to do it"
But instead I went the more quizzical route trying to milk a bit more out of people before I get to posts like yours

It was pretty much this statement:
I also want to own my own product to sell through my CPA network...but finding out how to do that is impossible
To me, someone with experience in this business would know exactly what it takes to do this. They might not have the desire to do it, they might not have the skills to pull it off, but they'd know how to go about doing that.

My post wasn't meant to offend, and if it did, I do apologize. I was just trying to offer friendly advice because I've seen way too many people go down the "I want to start a network" road completely unprepared then fail miserably, losing a ton of money and in some cases the respect they have in this community. The biggest reason they all failed was a lack of experience.

The three points you listed in your thread opener are indeed some of the main issues networks face. But knowing that those are the issues does nothing to help. Successful networks are skilled in the use of risk management to get through those issues. Risk management skills come with experience in this business.

The CPA Network industry is so saturated right now, its more a matter of your ability to find/convince 3-4 large affiliates to run your offers, and make sure the advertiser for their offers dont screw you. From there you can start doing aggressive paid advertising and hopefully attract other affiliates. I would become close with a few big affiliates first and then start the network. Dont come in and be "just another network". Reputation is huge. Do it the right way or dont do it at all.

lol?

starting a network is easy

go buy some shitty ass hasoffers platform use some other networks offers offer net30 payment and higher payment then all other networks

Damn! I can't find it! I swear to God, Dennis Yu did a post somewhere about how to start a network. This was actually long before the Tech Crunch shit went down and would have made an excellent quote for this, already epic thread.
