I just wanted to say there's a distinct line between promoting products that are scammy because competition necessitates it and taking joy in doing it.

Getting all happy over this is really fucked up.

Look most people that order this stuff are "Fat" and "Lazy" so do you think they are going to take the time and try and cancel there subscription. They make one phone call and if no one answer within 5 minutes they get all pissed off. Look they can email they can even request a chargeback from there Credit Card Company so no excuse to say they got ripped off! People need to use there brain and stop crying about being a victim. Oh by the way MY 100 POST HELL YA

no, tbh. If you dont promote crush llc's acai offer people will be able to cancel it pretty easily. I've heard of people trying to cancel that stuff on acai berry power 500 and getting just kicked out of the line after 30 minutes.

Noone is denying they're scams, you are the moron for thinking that. Why wouldn't we think we are above these people? Intelligence is power.

That doesn't make any sense. No one's forcing you to promote 'scammy' products - saying you have to do it because of fierce competition in the online advertising space doesn't make it any more better or legitimate. You do it because it makes money, much more money than a non rebill product with a low commission rate.

And whether you like doing it or not is irrelevent, because it doesn't change the fact that people are getting screwed by rebills which we all know either take a hell of a lot of hassle/threats to get cancelled, or just don't get cancelled at all. I see no difference between you or myself that does it for the money and someone who takes pleasure in knowing people are getting screwed, because I doubt the consumer gives a damn when they're getting screwed either way.

I'm not elevating myself above anyone.
Some products I promote are 100% legit, some aren't. If left the choice between 2 products that convert somewhat equally where one is worse than the other for the consumer, I pick the better of the two. But that choice rarely occurs.

On the practical level, you're right. There is no difference to the consumer.
But on a mental level, you're wrong. I do it for the money because there is a distinct benefit to me (money). That is where my joy comes from.
Now with this, you have no direct/physical benefit by the consumer having issues. And yet are happy specifically because of that. That's fucked up(as previously stated)

yes exactly- and makes is tough to defend with 'oh I didn't know how that product I was paid to market on a performance basis really worked FTC.'

I make money off gullible people like that, so what? It doesn't exactly fill me up with joy, but I must say I do enjoy the numbers in my bank statements and as long as they keep on climbin', I'll keep on grindin'

Its like people who fall for nigerian scams, if they're THAT fucking stupid, they deserve what they get.
