I am John Galt

Ohhhh yeaah. The book had me in a frustrated rage at the idiocy of the politicians at times.

Very inspiring read, as was Fountainhead.

The first one was great but if you're a capitalist it will leave you wanting to stone politicians. Then again, that's not such a bad thing.

That means it succeeded.

I was honestly expecting far worse from the original. A few awkward moments, but it worked well for me. I was happy it came out, sad that nobody gave a shit.

Every day, as "We Are Witnessing The Slow-Motion Murder Of A Nation" (credit Hellblazer - loved that post title), Ayn Rand's writings become more and more true. Even the names of the bills being proposed are similar.

As I've written before, I'm done arguing / debating / eduating on it. Sadly, the only solution I really see is to become baller enough not to give two shits what they do.

This one looks waaaay better than the first. Good call on scrapping the shitty actors.

They should do a Kickstarter on that. With the right spin on it they could get Alex Jones and all the Paulians behind it and make it quite an epic success. This subject is controversial enough that people are going to buy tickets just out of principle to "stick it to the socialists". Could lead to a similarly dedicated croud as those religious movie promotion campaigns.

^Ads for this movie already have been bought out for all the libertarian blogs and sites like the daily paul & etc... This WILL be seen by the liberty movement and they're sure to make sure all of their families see it to.

Considering Paul woke up a very large chunk of this nation, It's going to be a blockbuster; they just don't know it yet.

If only youth can see more messages like this. Most kids these days see government as big momma with a big tittie.

The revolving actors/actresses list kills any chance of Atlas going mainstream. Probably intentional on the director's part. It does remove emotional attachments to characters when you change them (ala the oracle, without the death part) and makes you focus on the story.

The 1st was forced in more than a few places, almost to the point that I don't recommend the movie to anyone who doesn't already get it. Obviously a great plot though

Imagine if this was the set list

Julianna Moore - Dagny
Kevin Spacey - Reardon
Collin Ferrell - Francisco
Morgan Freeman - John Galt

Probably increases sales by a factor of 10 and RP would have been elected. Just sayin'

Please don't lump Ron Paul in with the professional and very rich troll Alex Jones.

i'm surprised people that actually like the book are saying positive things about this trailer. it looks like total dogshit. would Ayn Rand like it? they should have gotten the creators of Boardwalk Empire or Deadwood to make it instead of the executive producer of Toddlers and Tiaras.

Dude; it's a completely taboo, anti-establishment subject slated for a major theater release... 99% of the positive words you're seeing from us is just total excitement that this book could be shown on cinema screens at all.
