How would you utilize a team in india?

A friend of mine already has a team in India that does Civil Engineering. Since that market is currently tanking, He is looking for other ways to utilize/expand the work they can do. What types of services would you pay for if you had access to a team in India? SEO/design/virtual assistant?
 


have them write articles for your blogs.

What you might end up paying them (price of a coffee) is a lot of money to them.

I'm guessing he would find employees to suite the kind of work. his civil team would still work their 8 hour shift, but he wants to utilize the other time slots. thanks for the suggestions.
 
if they can write english.. content creation
otherwise programming, all indians can program cant they?
 
Get them to generate large amounts of accounts for various sites (Digg, Email, etc.) and sell directly to the email spammers or other people that use such accounts.

WTF does civil engineering in India have to do with SEO/marketing/link building etc...?
Ya lost me on that one.

Out of work Indian civil engineers, hmmm spoon pick is the obvious answer.
 
Unfortunately if you have to ask that question you don't need one yet. it's like inventing technology that people have no use for. Come up with a use then source the help.
