How to Start a Forum site.

Hi Guys,

I was thinking of starting a Health forum site. But I did not know where to start.I got no knowledge of any programming. I got less than $100 budget to start with .

What does that budget include? Site design only? Have you considered the costs of hosting?

Easy peasy. You can get IPB for free an install it on just about any hosting plan that supports php, mysql and ftp.

buy leased version of vbulletin for 80 bucks
make a cruddy header and pay someone 20 bucks to put it up for you
get the forum up and running until you have lots of members/posts

then spend money on redesign when you can monetize

Get mybb which is almost just like vb (I run it on my nintendo forum) and get it designed and coded. Which you could do yourself. And then, but a domain and get started. Simple as that.
