How to monitor Cash Inflow/Outflow

What softwares do you use to record your expenses ... all kind of ... including PPC, hosting, domains etc ...
Are their any ready made tools available for this kind of tracking?\

I have tried quick books but it is too complex and is hard to setup for internet marketers ...

MS Excel can also be used for it ... If any one has any template for monitoring expanses, kindly send me.

Here's what you do.

Click Start, Click Run... In the box type calc and hit enter.
