How To Get Higher Payouts?

1 tip to getting slightly higher payouts is if someone referred you to the network, ask the network if you can create another account without the referral and ask them to give you the referral or a % of it.

No, I'm not on phone always.

Some networks will give you the offer for break-even only to turn around and compete against you......

i never had any trouble getting a higher payout! just ask your AM. I have got higher payouts on offers i didnt even start promoting. i think its the relationship between you and your AM

I know people like suggesting going direct, but as far as i'm concerned this business is pretty disloyal as it is, without making it worse.

I think keeping good relationships and trying to build a bit of loyalty and even a good friendships is essential. Going direct is biting the hand that feeds you. They might just find out, and if i ran a network and disocvered someone doing this, they'd be canned.

Pick up the phone and ask, christ, do you not know you AMs? If not, get to know them.

Who says you can't go direct? If your AM can't get you a better payout than you can get yourself.. why send them traffic? Some fucked up sense of loyalty? This is a business, and its about making money.. I completely disagree that going direct is like "biting the hand that feeds you" Thats absolutely retarded actually.. ESPECIALLY with all the bullshit going on these days with "networks not being paid" and then not paying affiliates... it's the same risk as going direct... and if your going to spend time building up friendships, it sure would be good to be buddy-buddy with an advertiser dont u think where u can make more money?

Go direct.

And no business is unprofessional enough to cut ties with you because you're not sending all your traffic to them.

Might be the most retarded thing I've heard in awhile.

if that's the most retarded thing you've heard in awhile congrats on isolating yourself from stupid people. do you have any suggestions on how to get more money from networks? why is that suggestion retarded? back up your statement with some explanation, jeffrey.

Why the hell would a network do what you suggested? You'd basically be screwing your referral. That's cool.

My suggestion to get a pay bump is to simply ask for a dam pay bump. If you are pushing good quality traffic and a decent amount networks will generally bend over backwards to keep you at their network.

to answer your question, the network would do it to make more money themselves also.

this is business and a network will always make more for doing less work than a publisher/affiliate/developer. unless you are getting a payment from your referral why wouldn't you want to take away from their % to make your % bigger, unless you aren't struggling, and have tons of money, in that case who cares about higher payouts.

Because the reason they have a referral program is to bring in new affiliates, and if I refer you and then you create a new account so that I don't get my cut, I'm done referring people to that network.

LMK if that helps bros

OK you're right, referring new people to new affiliate networks is absolutely essential to this industry, and most people don't find out about new networks by following redirect links on existing ads. If the referral system went away, everything would turn to shit and no new networks would launch. So my advice was probably bad. Keep on doin what you're doin, Rooby!!

before you run an offer, ask a higher payout, then run some and ask again and repeat. make sure your epc increasing or they might increase payout and shave you
