How the fuck do you guys sit down all day?

If you work out everyday like me, your joints are sore most of the time so you enjoy sitting down all day. lol
 


I have to work out at least 5 days a week or my lower back starts to hurt.

I do weight training, jogging and a pretty brutal sprint workout.

I feel like absolute shit if I miss to many days.
 
If you can't stand to be on the computer for more than an hour at a time, computers aren't for you. I would also say that spending too much time on the computer is also a bad thing - which is why I take time to get away from the computer and also run / lift.
 
Holy shit, that work out thing was fucking crazy. Those are some brollic motherfuckers.

It looks like P90x in the streets. Anybody tried that? It's done wonders for me.

I've done the ghetto workout for a year now. Added around 15 lbs of muscle.

The P90x is the white man's version of the ghetto workout -- cuz dem black folks can't be bothered to get dumbells and home pull up bars. (they're hardcore like that)
 
Whether it's browsing the internets, or doing work on it, how the fuck do you guys sit on your asses for so long?

I can't be in front of my computer for more than an hour at most before I want to throw my monitor out the window. And those of you that work behind a desk all damn day...how do you do it? I can wrestle bears and defuse a bomb but I cant sit down for more than a couple of hours without feeling horrible.

There are some days when I just have to sit down and "work" for hours and fuck, I want to stab myself. I guess it has to do with the fact that I can't stay in the same place for too long without getting agitated.

Get a laptop and do your work laying down if sitting is a problem, if you can sleep 8 hours straight laying down...you can work 8 hours straight laying down!
