How much should expect to pay for TEMPLATE alteration work?

If you get a layered PSD with the slices, it wouldn't be much at all to have someone change them around for you... maybe $3-$5 an image if you want someone to take a little extra time and do a good job.
If you don't have the sliced PSD, or a PSD at all - expect to pay a little more.

Usually a designer will do it for free if it doesn't consist of more than basic work. Give me a shout if you need anything.
