I read that it was this guy's first wife (also described as the boy's step mother) who videoed it. Not sure if it became public unintentionally or if it was released on purpose.

Doing a search for the perp's name, I see articles from this week reporting he initially plead 'guilty' but then switched to 'not guilty' a short time later.

Bail was denied since he resides in the same house as the victim. His second wife, the boy's mother, was also in the courtroom... and brought the boy with her!
