Funny now that I think about it. There was a site i was checking out (affpinions.com) with user comments and reviews about different CPA networks. So I was looking at Hydra Network, reading the reviews mostly positive, get to the last one at the top. The guy absolutely tears that network down to pieces, then as proof he referenced to go to this site WickedFire and search "Hydra" for tons of bad stories about it.

So here I am, this site is actually pretty cool, I see a lot of swearing and profanity, which is a definite okay with me. I feel at ease not having to be all clean with my words, I won't swear on this post, but it's just nice to know I won't get banned for dropping the "F" bomb or the "S" word that describes my poop. Oh Fuck it, just said it, feeeeels tooo fucking gooood, man this shit is fun. :)

After several hours looking for something, I finally managed to find this forum via google and located what I was looking for here:
http://www.wickedfire.com/sell-buy-trade/63593-fresh-gmails-accounts-10-1k.html

Little did I know this would not be the end of my journy...

I then registered and verified an account so I could send a message to the seller to express my interest in purchasing from him.

I was then told that I am unable to send a PM until I had made at least one post.

Thinking 'that's fine, I'll just post in the thread that I'm interested, then send him a message', I tried doing just that, only to find that because it was over 103 days old, I can't reply (uh-huh...).

This then left me having to find another thread to make an aimless post in to be able to send the seller a message to buy what I was after.

Including search time, this means that my $10 item is actually a 2 hour and $10 item. Since this is atually for my work, and I am doing this rather than client-billiable work, I guess that means that it has cost my work $160 (2x hrs billable at $75/hour + $10) for some Google Accounts.

Oh, and to top it off, my car was stolen today. That's not overly relevent to the task at hand, but another factor adding to my somewhat unpleasant mood.

So... now that I have made my initial post, I guess it's time I try again to message the seller again. :)

A friend passed me a link to this forum as a good place to get a ton of SEO info. I'm looking to build a good network here too.

It was my friend who told me about wickedfire..he is into IM for quite long time now and is making good money :)

I actually came across it a few years ago while looking for something totally unrelated. I thought, "hm. cool logo."

I've been posting on another SEO related site for a minute. I came across a reference to this site again, and though "hey... why not?"

so here I am.

Hi Everyone - New to Forums

I am very new to Forums and I am following Terry Dean as a mentor, does anyone know him or is anyone familiar with his work as a Marketing Coach, etc.

Thanks,
Manning

Don't know about Terry Dean, but you'll probably end up learning more from here than you will from him.

I found WF by Googling "Digital Point is crap" after their wonderful mod sawz gave me yet another pathectically pedantic infraction for the second time this week and I envisage a ban sometime soon so figured I may as well find somewhere more useful to waste some of my precious time.

I own my own forum and a Reg TM to btw as well as an affiliate domain name and am in the top 40 links for "best webmaster forum" and "best seo forum" with my own forum so thought - what the heck lets see how the land lays here on WF - I came across the name a few times b4 to...
