what a novel idea! Who else wouldda thought of this?
I mean NO ONE EVEN MENTIONED THIS BEFORE! <end sarcasm>
Amazing that you have made that earning with them and they screw their reputation. Can you tell us in details what method did you do in promoting their offer? I would like to hear the story from their side so we all know the stories from both sides.CPArev's cell phone does not accept calls.
CPARev Office number is blocked.
Emails and IM's go unanswered.
The person that referred me to CPArev had been paid a couple weeks ago for all my referral sales by CPArev.
The referrer contacted CPArev yesterday via IM (CPArev answers his IM's)
and told Dustin Cucciarre he was refunding that referral payment so CPArev could send the money to me.
The referrer refunded the money and I got $2,782.99 without any
contact by CPArev about my other $32,192.00...
When the referrer asked about my other $32,192.00 he owed, CPArev replied he "does not have money"
Still moving forward with the criminal and civil charges.

Maybe you guys should go after those who promoted CPARev? They got paid to promote the program, shouldnt they themselves do some due diligence on who they promote?
You wont get financial gain but youll make people think twice about promoting a network with little rep in the market.
This is off track on way too many levels.
First, maybe the blogger did do business with the affiliate network they reviewed. The blogger can't be responsible for how some 3rd party company does business. I've reviewed very few affiliate networks but the ones I have, I'VE ACTUALLY USED! They paid me, if they didn't pay some other affiliate, your saying that someone should come after me because they got ripped off by a company that I'm not a party of?
Maybe you as an affiliate network should be responsible for how your advertisers treat the consumer, or the consumers should come after you. After all, these advertisers are your clients and are paying you to find people to promote their products.
Do you really want to open this can of worms? I think not.
I understand the point. I do a lot of due diligence on advertisers actually. I turn away over 60% of advertisers who wish to work with us.
I wasnt trying to specifially point out guys like you, i was saying if we all do our due diligence we may clean up all angles of our industry and prevent a lot of problems before they get big.
I agree that networks have a responsibility to work with advertisers that aren't scamming consumers. That answer their phones and provide disclosure on their sites. Affiliate marketers have the same responsibility
We are all pioneering a multi billion dollar industry, we have a responsibility to police ourselves before someone else does. Many pubs are doing this by being picky with what offers they run, and many networks are doing this by not allowing some advertisers in to the marketplace. Sometimes the money clouds our judgments and since so many of us are young, we all want to be successful and provide things for our families that our parents weren't able to do, its a fine line of profiting and being responsible is what i was trying to say.
It is off topic in this discussion, but also kind of on topic seeing how the owner of the network in questions has done the same thing with another network in the past according to some of the posts in here, thats all i am saying.
UPDATE: CPArev just sent me $8,000.00 via paypal. I transfered that to my bank account. (hoping it's not a chargeback)
There is another $7,000.00 in paypal e-checks from CParev that are said to be clearing 8-24-09.
No response from CPArev whatsoever on when the other $17,192.00 will be sent.

If you pay using Paypal Mass Pay, the person receiving the money doesn't have to pay paypal fees. The sender has to pay a small fee, but its capped at $1. :bowdown:PAYPAL? WTF, how do you like those fee's....
