How can I sell these leads?

I've been doing some direct media buys on some small to mid size sites and several of them are capturing a lot of leads.

I asked the owners about how they were monetizing their leads and most of them have no clue. One of these webmasters actually deletes leads if the person isn't in her state.

Don't ask me why... but plain and simple I want to buy these leads and resell them for what they're really worth. BTW most of these form submits have 10+ fields.

I talked to a company today and they basically told me that I can't just send over an excel file every day of leads and get paid, even if they are A+ quality.

I need to be able to buy these leads, receive an excel file, and resell them to a different company.

Does anyone know how I can go about this? Or know anyone who would buy leads like this?

I can produce these leads for most of the major verticals like debt, edu, payday, unemployment claims/discrimination, legal, etc.

A great long term revenue stream would be to give them to a couple good mailers to monetize... There are a bunch on WF or I could help you.

You want to make sure you are doing so the data is getting hammered. If you give it to a mailer that sends to it 10x per day the data will be dead pretty quickly. If you are interested in that route, make sure you cover that in the agreement.
 
Ok, Now it works! There are so many networks that will buy your leads if you are looking to sell them and can't find a direct buyer. Need me to name some?
