How can I mess with this scammer?



Checks take a while to clear, but the bank will deposit the funds in your account until it clears properly. If it doesn't clear they take the money back from your account, even if there is no money in it (i.e. you will owe them money).

Tell her that your friends who run a delivery service locally can do it way cheaper and you already paid them saving her a ton of money! Ask her if there is somewhere she would like you to send the left over money back to.
 
BACK TO THE IP THING FOR A MINUTE BROS

i had a laptop stolen from my past employer, we had antivirus software on that would dial home to our antivirus server for updates. We managed to get the IP when it dialed home we gave the ip and the time/date the IP dialed back to our server to the police - what did the police do - SWEET FA

I would like to know what you guys would do with an IP apart from a whois - which will tell you bugger all apart from the ISP

jack shit I imagine. Unless you contact ISP. Or lawyer/cops subpoena them for info.
