obviously even commodity prices will eventualy get into a bubble and crash. The fact is, the herd are all into investing into properties and stock - and once the dollar goes into inflaton & then hyperinflation, people will run to commodoties. That will be the time I get out, and invest the money made into land/farm and will have enough money to make the building energy efficient, and also the land will have a lake filled with edible fish etc etc. you get the idea, oh and I was thinking probably singapore or somewhere nice like that (definetely in asia).

Isnt it strange how China has all these ghost cities everywhere, with new buildings and such... maybe they are anticipating a mass migration?

The problem with Stransberry is that the guy has a bit of a bad rep for selling stocks for companies, and thats a huge no no in my book. its called stock manipulation and lots of peoples entire life savings get wiped out that way. I say, join his programme, but if he advices you to buy a certain stock, stay well clear. infact if you want to go 50/50 with me on his subscription, id be willing to do that - hes offering a whole year membership for $50 - and you get a load of free ebooks for that too. Ignore the fact that he's selling anything. All I meant was that he gives a good overview of what's happening, and what will probably happen in the future IMO.

Mike Dillard? Seriously? The MLM/IM "guru"? I don't think I would take financial advice from him LOL. I checked his page real quick and he is predicting gold will hit $56,000 an ounce. Ummm... OK yeah! Sounds to me like the Elevation Group is just his way of making more money off all of his MLM downlines i.e. suckers.
 
you didnt get to see the video though because he took it down, it covered the same things as the other video did, but just went into a bit more detail, and just made it more exciting to watch.
