What are your most successful sites; Highly Thought Out Ones or Spur of the Moment Sites?
All my better sites are the ones that suddenly go *pop* in my head and within an hour the site is up with content. When I plan things out I end up thinking of the negative side of the site, and it deters me from risk taking and making it better.
