What's the guarantee bit about mentioned in the title? I only ask as I have a website I've been struggling with to get back to page 1. Used to be on PG1 a couple of years ago (3rd) but after having 12mths away for personal reasons and then returning have thrown endless money at it to find no improvements.

Website currently stuck on PG2 of Google and typically PG2 makes me no income whatsoever where as PG1 used to be a whole income for me. Currently in limbo between one last SEO package and closing the business down due to a lack of funds If you feel you can do something with this, shoot me a PM?
