The blogs where the comments are posted are not predetermined (which would give some insight to OBL's). What determines which blog your URL will be posted on is your keyword list and which of these pages are indexed in Google. We only post on blogs that are indexed for your given keywords.

They are autoapproved but you will get extra that make through moderation. You would have to provide comments.
