Hell's Kitchen, anyone watching?

I think Ramsey's antics on Hell's Kitchen are nothing more than an act to stress out the contestants in hopes of creating drama. After all, nobody's really watching the show for the cooking. They're hoping the see the personality clashes, the deer-in-headlights moments when someone gets called out, and Ramsey's over-the-top outbursts.
While he may be a hothead in real-life, I think he intentionally kicks it up a notch for the show. He's nowhere near as bad in Kitchen Nightmares and he's almost docile on Masterchef.

Ramsey deserves respect because he's worked like a hog to get it. Just look at his face, he looks like a 60 year old man and he's 30-something.

Ramsey also does a lot of charity work every years, he's a nice guy who likes to have control which is why he's successful..
Gotta give respect to Ramsay. He's a dick but look at the retards he's dealing with, fully justified imo. Plus his results and workrate are sick.
