handmade ipad case

So my uncle does leather working on his free time he was nice enough to surprise me with a box in the mail of some damn cool stuff.

Although it's only for the ipad 1, because that's what I have... it still is sick. Tons of compliments already. 100% custom. Bought all the leather scraps himself and started from scratch. Got slots for my camera cards, and my "square" for quick cc processing... comes in handy.

Now, the other thing he made was a custom handstrap for the Canon 7d. Super comfortable, don't even need to grip the cam...

then he sent for my lady a nice piece of artwork to hang on the wall. Which is also all hand done in leather.

I told him that. I told him he should figure out how to manufacture these mugs. at high quality, and sell...

He's very prideful in his work, and does it purely for pleasure though. Has no desire to make $ off it...

Having bought my ipad2 case today, I seriously wish I met your uncle first cos that case is bad ass!
