Nice that was actually a pretty fast response. You must really love my blog ;).

Seriously that was like not even 5 minutes after I posted it.

Shit, elite retreat is only 2 days... with ubercamp another 5 bucks you get as much 1 on 1 possibly for an entire month!! Bargain at 5k.

$5k per month for 1 on 1???
W... T... F...

That's some pretty steep shit, right there. Makes me proud to be a Flaming Homo Affiliate... At least hte info is free, and I get 1 on 1 if I actually have the balls to PM some of the mods and admins

Seriously, for that kind of money, I'd expect you to run a damn campaign for me...
That's about twice the average wage of an IT worker, and 236,000x the average wage of an Indian IT worker...

Love it? Yeah. But probably not in the way you would like. I have your site in my RSS ticker and I just happened to be online when you updated. Your site is in my "haha" category. Right between the Sean Hannity "Washington Politics" forum and Guy Kawasaki. Congrats.

$200 (for most basic membership) to hang out with a bunch of wannabe marketers who waste time reading the blog of a person who makes an UberCribs video, or $0 to be on a real site with real marketers, and a full database of useful information?

I think I'll stick with this gay webmaster forum.

I want you not only to use my knowledge in the industry to directly apply to your campaigns, but also use my connections and power as well. Not getting approved at a network? Your affiliate manager being fickle about increasing your payout? I do my best to keep all my UberCampers happy, and I'd personally vouch for any of them to any network and get them what they want.

If you -
A) Can't get accepted into a network
B) Can't get the proper payout for your efforts
C) Pay for this bullshit nonsense

You don't belong in this industry

I did think the UberCribs video was hilarious considering that looks like a 200k house at most. A real baller we have here! The uber affiliates I know live in multi-million dollar houses ...

Well, I think it was only $200k. But how many 20-yr olds do you know buying their own home without daddy's $$. Most of the people on here still live in the basement of their parents house.

I didn't really care about this thread until I read:

Vouching for someone because they gave you a few dollars is basically prostituting your reputation. Start a forum... thats fine... but you're wobbling on the thin line of affiliate whoredom.

I can see using your over-promising, ridiculous claim, make you feel loved marketing strategy on another website... but doing it with a product directly tied to you and who you are?

Not like I really care. But "vouching" is a pretty strong word there, bub. If you're okay with selling out... keep that line in there.

I see nothing wrong with this as long as he provides value to his members. You've got to remember that there are a lot of people that don't 'get' affiliate marketing and even don't get 'wickedfire' - and a paid forum actually creates a much better learning environment from the start.

However, I'm looking forward to what nickycakes has to say about this. hahaha...
