Gym hitters, what muscle group are you struggling with?

Make sure you do a lot of pushing exercises if you're climbing a lot, nothing like a rotator cuff imbalance that makes it impossible to lift your arm above chest level (or even comb your hair) for a month to take the fun out of life.

Good advice.

Dumpell shoulder presses do that work just fine in my experience.

Hahaha, happened to me once. I tried brushing my teeth morning after 2 days of such exercise. I was like a retarded child, my hand was shaking and was constantly missing my mouth.

Dips supersetted with flat & incline dumbbell presses finally evened it out enough that I could get back on the steeps. Hard do overhead presses if you let it get too far.
