Google TOS: RSS Feeds, Copyright Infringement?

Hey everyone,

I am wondering if it counts as copyright infringement to have an entire website pull content from an RSS feed of another website?

This content in question is not submitted from their original authors, it is just straight up pulled without permission...

Digital Millennium Copyright Act

I have read the Adsense DMCA, and it seems to say that original authors have the ability to make a claim of infringement. But does RSS feed count as copyright infringement? And is it as easy as just adding "Copyright 2009 [rss website name.com]" to the footer, or will (and does) Google ban an AdSense account over this sorta thing?

I am wondering if Google will look at this as a "scraper" and "spammy" site, even though its relevant information to the domain name and to the user.

Thanks!

if you get enough complaints you will get a domain ban.. if you have done it heaps.. you will lose your account.

You should be fine, don't worry about it.

And if you're really that worried about it, then don't run adsense.
