So you're 1/3 of the way to the price you've said is too much and you haven't spent a dime on development. You want a rank tracker that allows subaccounts where the user can manage their own rank tracking needs and you think that $3600 a year is unreasonable?

So basically you won't pay any more than $2400 for development and $100/month for hosting and proxies.

$1500. As far as the X amt of checks per day, that depends on how many proxies you have. You should also know that in time, the rank checker will break. At that time you will have to pay someone to fix it and I may not be available, but I can give you directions on where exactly that problem will be.
