I want to rank a website outside of the USA (ie, I want it to rank in Canada), how will USA ip's on the +1's affect rankings or will they?

Is it possible to use Canadian proxies with an order?

There is not yet an official studies on how the +1's from other countries affect the local rankings (based on my research). But +1's surely affect the rankings. If you want, we can mixed Canadian and US proxies.. PM sent sir.. :)
